ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing on 14.11.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the E.P itself was not pressed by the respondent.

2.A report was called for from the trial Court as to the stage of the above said E.P. Report was received from the trial Court stating that due to non payment of batta the Execution Petition was dismissed as not pressed on 14.11.2024.

3.In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this revision petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
