O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry, under Section 34 of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.(MD)No.22180 of 2015 Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.11.2015.

2. The representation, dated 11.11.2015 is sent by Mr.M.Patturajan, Senior Counsel and Ex-Mayor and the Writ Petition is filed by one Berline Jose. Another representation, dated 18.09.2015 was also sent by group of persons, wherein the petitioner also signed the representation. Therefore, the representation, dated 11.11.2015, was not sent by the Writ Petitioner at all.

3. May that it be. The fact remains that five years lapsed and due to changes and efflux of time, it is not preferable to issue a direction as such sought for in the Writ Petition. However, if any other grievance exists as of now, the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority, in the manner known to Law.

4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of No costs.
