Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is that public auction must be conducted for the fishery rights of the petition mentioned kanmai.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Public Works Department has been conducting public auction.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
