The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Ceriorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Page No. 2 of 5

impugned order dated 07.10.2015 passed by the third respondent bearing reference Na.Ka.No.A1/5903/2015 and quashing the same and directing the third respondent to measure the petitioner's patta land.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had died during the pendency of this Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having abated. No costs.
