JUDGMENT

Since the appellants are not willing to proceed further with the case, the learned counsel for the appellants has addressed a letter, dated 22.04.2025, to the Registry stating that the appellants seek permission to withdraw the Second Appeal and hence, the case may be listed at the earliest under the caption for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed before this Court under the caption "for withdrawal", today.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (24.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
