2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.324 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai, was disposed of by its decree and judgment, dated 11.10.2022.
3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
