O R D E R

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.190 of 2021 registered on the file of the respondent for the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

2.The petitioner had lost her handbag containing valuable jewellery, when she was travelling in a bus on 23.02.2021. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to file the final report.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) informed the Court that till date, the accused could be be detected. In case of this nature, it would not be in the interest of the petitioner to give direction to the respondent to file the final report. If I give a direction to file the final report, the respondent police will promptly file the final report stating that the case remains undetected. Therefore, I am not inclined to give any direction. I expect the respondent police to take effective steps to nab the accused and recover the jewellery of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
