ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent, dated 03.03.2020, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent through proceedings dated 03.03.2020, issued a direction to the second respondent to carry out the mutation in the revenue records and to issue a Patta in favour of the petitioner and her mother-in-law. This order was not implemented by the second respondent and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 04.08.2021 and pass necessary orders in line with the orders passed by the first respondent through proceedings, dated 03.03.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
