Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned suspension order passed by the 1st respondent in nr.K.Miz vz;.m2/4621/2014 dated 26.09.2014 and consequential order in Ka.No.A5/64621/2014, dated 06.08.2015 passed by the 1st respondent and to quash the same.
