ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her property situated in S.No.369 and S.No.370 in Vasudevanallur Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District as per Rule 21 of Tamilnadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules 2009 on the basis of the representation dated 14.09.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case was registered in Crime No.330 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147,294(b),427 and 506(i) of IPC.
3. Since the petitioner is an accused in the above case, police protection cannot be considered. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
