Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the order dated 02.01.2017 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli. It is seen that there is no need to give a disposal to the petitioner's application. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court.
