ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and her aged parents under the guise of the enquiry without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that earlier on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR No.402 of 2024 came to be registered and taking note of the matrimonial dispute between the parties and DVC case is pending, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the the fourth respondent has subsequently given a complaint before the second respondent and the same was forwarded to the third respondent and since the earlier complaint was closed, they have decided to close the present complaint also.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
