R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14042 of 2023 on 01.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has 1/3

been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition only for four days and investigation in this case is still pending.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a driver in the TNSTC and due to lack of leave, he could not appear and comply the condition regularly.

5. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14042 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 21/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
