The present Habeus Corpus Petition has been listed in the additional list consequent to the production of the son of the petitioner Ashok Kumar aged about 16 years.

2. The detenue has been produced. He was born on 16.01.2006. The petitioner/father of the detenue is also present. After enquiring with the detenue we have handed him over to custody of the petitioner/ father.

3. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed.
