This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to remove the charge created over the properties, for Rs.1,54,68,085/- covered by registered document No.29 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent, forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the impugned order, based on which the attachment was made, has already been set aside and in this regard, necessary entry has also been made in the Encumbrance Certificate. Hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
