O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 12.07.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.1038 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that pursuant to the above order of this Court, the Authorities have identified the encroached portion of the public land and the illegal constructions in the Government land had already been removed and to that effect, he has also produced a photograph and news column in the daily newspapers.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no notice was issued to the petitioner.

4. To implement the orders of the High Court for removal of encroachments, no further notice is required and if at all any grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority concerned. Even as oer the order dated 12.07.2022, notice has to be issued only to the fourth respondent in the writ petition.

5. That being the factum, the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.
