Prayer in WMP(MD). No.17922 of 2024 :- Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed praying to clarify the order made in W.P.(MD). No.14032 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023 and stipulate the mode to be adopted by the Board in undertaking the selection process indicated in paragraph 8 of the order made in W.P.(MD).No.14032 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023. Prayer in W.P.(MD).No.14032 of 2023:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned resolution of the wakf board dated 26.10.2022 passed in Serial No.5, Inam No.223/2022 in Na.Ka.No.13865/09/Aa8/Thi.Kal., as well as the consequential impugned order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the 4th respondent in Se.Mu.Aanai No.13865/09/Aa8/Thi.
Kal and quash the same and consequently directing the 4th respondent to appoint regular management committee members in the Begampur Mosque and Dharga, Dindigul Town, Dindigul District within a time stipulated by this Court ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. M. Mahaboob Athiff, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. P. Subbaraj, Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and Mr. S. A.
When the petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement seeking permission to withdraw the petition. Based on the endorsement, the petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
2. Hence, the Writ Miscellaneous Petititon is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
