This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus to remove the electricity post erected in the middle of the public pathway by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015. 2.It is represented that the Counsel on record is no more. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Board submits that based on the representation of the petitioner the disputed electricity post has been removed from that particular place.
