ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 01.09.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 186, 294(b, 324, 341, 353 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.922 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit the detention order has been passed against the petitioner in P.D.No.36/2022, dated 26.09.2022 and the petitioner has been detained under Section 2(1) of Tamil Nadu Act, 14 of 1982.
