It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that the order dated 05.09.2024, passed in the Writ Petition has been duly complied with and the petitioner's request seeking to cancel Patta No.1320 and to issue separate Patta was rejected by the first respondent, vide proceedings dated 16.02.2026. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.
