Prayer in CRL A(MD)SR.No.31503/2023 :

To set aside the judgment dated 22.09.2022 made in S.T.C.No.1327/2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, by allowing this appeal. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ARUL PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.THALAI MUTHARASU, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- As per order of this Court dated 15.09.2023, this petition was allowed on 1/3

condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order copy was made ready on 04.10.2023. In pursuant to the above order, the petitioner has remitted the cost today (13.10.2023) and he also filed a memo to that effect. The said memo is recorded.
