2. The learned counsel for the appellant informs us that the appellant will work out his right before the appellate authority. The appellant is permitted to file an appeal to the appellate authority within a period of four weeks. If the appeal is filed with the said time limit, it shall be numbered without reference to limitation. The appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months thereafter. All the contentions of the appellant are left open.
