ORDER
This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the respondents to grant compensation to the petitioner, based on the representation made by him on 12.11.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that an F.I.R. was registered in Crime No.1031 of 2020 and that the petitioner also died during the pendency of this Writ Petition on 10.07.2022.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the compensation is being paid year wise/serial number wise and till now, the compensation has been disbursed only to the claimants falling within the year 2020 and it was further submitted that as and when the turn of the petitioner comes, the legal heirs of the petitioner will be informed about the same and the compensation will be paid under the Scheme.
