ORDER

The petitioner / wife filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the proceeding in HMOP.No.63 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to the Family Court, Thirunelveli and to try along with HMOP.No.289 of 2021, since the petitioner is residing at Thiruneveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list no one has appeared.

3. Considering the convenience of the petitioner wife and also considering the fact that the connected HMOP in pending before the Family Court, Thirunelveli, this Court is inclined to allow this Transfer CMP. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.63 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Thanjavur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Thirunelveli to be tried along with HMOP.No.289 of 2021 pending on its file. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
