This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the 1/4
petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2022 under the Criminal Law by conducting an effecting Investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP.No.032713/2022 and during the course of enquiry both parties have appeared and gave statement to the effect that they will workout their remedy through civil process. On the basis of the above said statement, the enquiry was closed.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the above said closure, again he sent another representation, that has not been considered. Such sort of repeated complaint and filing writ petition on the basis of the subsequent representation suppressing the closure of the earlier complaint is sufficient enough for dismissing the writ petition.

4.In the light of the above said closure, the petitioner can workout the alternative remedy. This petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, dismissed with the above liberty. 30.09.2022 TM To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District.
