Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents i.e., the Secretary to Government, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department, Chennai and the Director of Local Fund Audit, Chennai to disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner as per the original retirement benefits sanctioned in ep.K.vz;.3707/C.x.X.4(2)/2017 dated 16.03.2017, by the Director of Local Fund Audit, Chennai within a specified time frame, that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 i.e., the Secretary to Government, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department, Chennai and the Director of Local Fund Audit, Chennai, to disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner as per the original retirement benefits 1/3
sanctioned in ep.K.vz;.3707/C.x.X.4(2)/2017 dated 16.03.2017, by the Director of Local Fund Audit, Chennai.
2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Though various averments have been made in the writ petition, after elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2018.
4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
