Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to speedy disposal in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/658/2021 dated dated 04-05-2021 pending before the same and to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner by canceling the free scheme patta issued to the respondents No.4 to 7 based on the petitioners representation dated 25-01-2021, and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Even on the last occasion, it has been stated that order has been passed. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner disputed that particular fact.

Today, Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Additional Government Pleader, forwarded the copy of the order, which had been passed on 27.11.2021. It had been finally stated that if anybody is aggrieved by the said order, they may proceed further by approaching the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, dated 27.11.2021. A perusal of the same also shows that copy had also been forwarded to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CONT.P.(MD)No.1654 of 2021 herein, who has been categorized as the petitioner before the said authority.
