ORDER
Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with, as no orders are proposed to be passed by this Court against them at this stage. 2.The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 23.06.2025. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's application, dated 23.06.2025 under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, will be considered and disposed of within a period of six weeks. 4.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application, dated 23.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
