O R D E R
The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of his Properties in S.Nos.775/6 and 775/17 situated at Udayakulam Pudhur, Elurpatti Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.
2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The Petitioner purchased the subject properties along with his brother Natarajan under sale deed, dated 11.1.2017. Patta for the subject properties also issued in the name of the Petitioner and his brother Natarajan in Patta Nos.502 and 548.The Petitioner submitted an application on 10.4.2025 seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 2/5
Petitioner has not submitted any online application. Hence, the request of the Petitioner could not be considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to submit the acknowledgment for having submitted online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, his brother Natarjan, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter.
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
