ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.66 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that the second respondent has already filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi on 16.05.2021 dropping further action in the matter. RCS notice has also been served.

3. The Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi is directed to take a call in the matter. The Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi shall issue notice notice to the petitioner so that the petitioner can file a protest petition. The Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi will dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks after filing of the protest petition. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
