-------------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this court in Crl.OP(MD).No 17376 of 2021, dated 10.11.2021 with a direction to the trial Court to proceed with the trial and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that since serological report has not been received, the trial court is not in a position to proceed with the trial. He would further submit that the requisition letter was also sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory as early as on 25.11.2021. The report is not yet received.
