2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The subject matter pertains to conducting fishery rights auction upto the year 2017. The said period has long since expired. The learned Special Government Pleader would point out that the writ petitioner failed to make any payment and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
