Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry as per circular of the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai in Circular No. 4153/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 and on the basis of petitioners representation dated 29.04.2021 and take appropriate action against the culprits and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice.
