ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the Sale Deed executed by the third Respondent in favour of fourth Respondent vide Document No. 4774/2024 dated 23.10.2024 on the file of the second Respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.
3.This Court is of the considered opinion that the said prayer cannot be entertained, if allowed, the respondent would be acting as a Civil Court and determining the title of the parties, which is prohibited under law.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the parties to file a suit. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
