This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to take action on the basis of the complaint that was given by the petitioner, dated 07.07.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.228 of 2022 and investigation is pending. 4.Since action has been initiated by the second respondent, let the enquiry be completed with in a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, if still aggrieved, the petitioner may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said direction and liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
