This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the 2nd respondent to issue a joint patta by incorporating the petitioner's Velappanadarur Mahimai Committee name in Patta Nos.760 and 1247 in respect of Survey No.1510/47, 1510/49 and 1510/48 at Keela Thiruchendur Village, Thiruchendur Sub Registrar, Thoothukudi District by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 13/10/2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. .
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.10.2021 to the respondents for issuance of joint patta. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 1 and 2 within a time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
