To call for the entire records pertaining to the judgment delivered by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Theni, Theni District in S.C.No.76 of 2017 vide judgment dated 20.01.2020 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the appellant honourably.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VANJINATHAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- It is seen that this is the second application filed for suspension of sentence and the earlier application was dismissed by this Court after the same was withdrawn since the Court was not inclined to grant suspension of sentence.
