O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Under the guise of Public Interest Litigation, this Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from restricting the movement of the empty containers through the 7th berth of VOC Port, Thoothukudi.

2. The relief as prayed for by the petitioner is only in respect of a dispute between the first respondent, second & third respondents and the petitioner association.

3. Since there is no public interest involved, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition in the light of the decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Guruvayoor Devaswom Managing Committee and another vs. C.K.Rajan and others, reported in 2003 (7) SCC 546 and Balco Employees' Union (Regd) vs. Union of India and others reported in 2002 (2) SCC 333.
