Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his tenants under the guise of enquiry by interfering in Civil dispute pending S.A.No.382 and 383 of 2014 before this Honourable court without following the procedure established by law For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sabur khan For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his tenants under the guise of enquiry by interfering in Civil dispute pending S.A.No.382 and 383 of 2014

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
