Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THALAIMUTHARASU.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14079 of 2022 on 04.08.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14079 of 2022 is relaxed in toto.
