ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.255 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of case that 1.880kg of ganja was recovered from A1 and A2 and that they have given their confession that they got the contraband from this petitioner and hence, this petitioner is wanted in respect of the case and considering the fact that prime facie materials in the form of CDR particulars are also available, this is not a fit case for enlargement of petitioner on anticipatory bail.
