PRAYER IN WP.22643/2015: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to proceedings of the Commissioner, Directorate of Technical Education in and by his letter number 41134/A3/2013, dated 31.12.2013 and the consequential proceedings of the Principal, Government Engineering College in and by his proceedings No.5146/E3/2013-29 dated 4.3.2014 and quash the same and directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in the scale of pay meant for the selection grade Electrician (i.e., 9300-34800 + G.P.4200) with subsequent monetary benefits with interest and consequentially revise the petitioner's benefits accordingly.
PRAYER IN WP.22644/2015: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to proceedings of the Commissioner, Directorate of Technical Education in and by his letter number 41134/A3/2013, dated 31.12.2013 and the consequential proceedings of the Principal, Government Engineering College in and by his proceedings No.5146/E3/2013-20 dated 13.02.2014 and quash the same and directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in the scale of pay meant for the special grade Electrician (i.e., 9300-34800 + G.P.4400) with subsequent monetary benefits with interest and consequentially revise the petitioner's benefits accordingly.

2. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Writ Petitions are closed. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities for redressal of their grievances in respect of the revised scale-ofpay, if any exists. No costs.
