ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that he has been excommunicated and not permitted to enter the temple has submitted a representation and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to take action as against the persons, who have ex-communicated the petitioner. 2/5
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 &4 submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been referred to the Tahsildar and peace committee meeting has also been conducted and assured that there is no such issue as on date.
3.It appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint that he has been ex-communicated in the village. There cannot be any such practice. It is the mandate of the Constitution to ensure that everyone is treated equally In the event, if any such complaints have been received, it is the responsibility of the Revenue officials as well as the Police officials/respondents 1 to 4 to ensure that all are treated equally and there is no discrimination in the village.
