third respondent by his proceedings in No.1/57130/2024 dated 02.08.2024 to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent herein to grant 10 days ordinary leave to the petitioner's husband namely Dharma @ Ananthan @ Saravanan, aged about 36 years convicted prisoner without escort, now confined at Central Prison, Madurai for enabling him to make arrangements for the college admission of this on based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2024.
