ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the writ petitioner dated 13.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and since both the parties have not submitted any documents in respect of their money transaction, directing them to approach the competent civil Court, closed the petition.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
