ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey Nos.77/7, 77/8A, 77/8C, and 77/3A2 measuring an extent of 0-55.00, 0-14.00, 0-4.00 and 0-58.69 Hectares respectively situated at Karuppur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District by considering the petitioner's application dated 29.06.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under three different sale deeds dated 18.10.2021 and 15.12.2023. Patta for the subject properties were issued in the petitioner's name under Patta Nos. 3841, 4136, and 4416. In respect of Survey No. 77/8C, the patta stands in the name of the petitioner along with seven others. The petitioner submitted a representation on 29.06.2025 seeking survey of the subject property in Application No. 2025/0123/15/007895. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he has approached this Court. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
