The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property in S.NO.208/10B1 situated at Kottaiyur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District by considering his application, dated 27.6.2025.
2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 31.03.2022 and patta for the same was also issued in his name in Patta No.2024. He submitted an application on 27.6.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/13/013442 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that 2/5
the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 27.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
