Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry and pass suitable orders on the petitioner's application dated 27.04.2017.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 9.
2.The only prayer made in the writ petition is that the petitioner's application must be enquired into and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
3.According to the petitioner, on the petition mentioned water body, encroachment had been committed. The third respondent is 2/4
directed to conduct enquiry into the petitioner's application. Notices will be issued to all the persons who are alleged to be encroachers. Thereafter final order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law. The final order shall be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the mater.
