Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to survey the land situated at Survey Nos.339 and 345, Madakulam Village, Madurai on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019 and put up boundary stone to the plots within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court and consequently direct the fifth respondent to give adequate police protection to the second respondent while survey the land. 1/3

ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, but makes a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on the same cause of action.

3.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
