The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the order of transfer is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. During the pendency of this writ petition, the third respondent was transferred to CSI Boys Higher Secondary School, Tharapuram, in view of the fact that the third respondent has already shifted to some other school, no further adjudication is required, with reference to the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
